WHERE DO YOU SOURCE REPLACEMENT PARTS?
We go through great lengths to source new old stock (NOS) or original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. When this is not possible we only purchase modern replacements through verified supply chains such as Mouser Electronics. We never purchase through unverified sources that may contain counterfeit or substandard parts.
HOW LONG DOES YOUR REPAIR SERVICE TAKE?
Typical lead time for most repair services is 3-4 weeks upon receipt but may vary based upon already scheduled repairs. If your repair is time sensitive, please contact us directly to obtain a more accurate estimate. Guaranteed 1 week turnaround time is available at an additional cost. Add "Expedited Repair Time" to your cart for each urgent request.
HOW DO I PACKAGE MY HARDWARE BEFORE SHIPPING?
Take plenty of photos before disassembling your game. Carefully package each component separately in bubble wrap or equivalent padding. The "box within a box" packing method yields the best results when shipping monitor hardware. You may contact us directly if you have additional questions.
HOW DO I REASSEMBLE MY RETURNED HARDWARE?
If you forgot to take photos or have questions on where inter-board connections should reside you may contact us using the information provided in your order confirmation or shipping email. The wiring diagrams included in most video arcade game owner's manuals also provide the same information.
DO YOU REPAIR OTHER VIDEO ARCADE GAMES?
In order to remain focused, efficient and providing the highest quality service possible, we cannot accept repairs for other video arcade games at this time. Should that change in the future our site will be updated accordingly.
